A message from Captain Dominic and award winning author, Yvonne Addario Internationally recognized undersea explorers and authors: “The site of our proposed Jupiter River Inn has been our “base camp” for undersea exploration and maritime adventures for the past two decades. We are taking our water front land holdings and are now structuring a unique “village within a village concept”. This investment opportunity is being structured so we can share a slice of our paradise, lifestyle and the spirit of adventure with you and others along with the natural resources making up Jupiter-by-the-sea”. Jupiter River Inn, Inc. (JRI) is the upland land owner. Our business plan includes San Miguel’s Landing and the Explorers Vacation Club ™. JRI. Inc. San Miguel’s Landing is the first stage or cottage component. It is named after the 1660 shipwreck Captain Dominic Addario aka Captain Dom, was instrumental in discovering; having met with its end at the mouth of the original Jupiter Estuary. Its welcome center and first village scale cottage / studios will be located on Ocean Drive – just south of Guanabanas Restaurant. Captain Dom and Yvonne’s recognition for the need for extended stay. pet-friendly guest cottages is not rocket science but an established market fact. They keep a 75 year on site old cracker type cottage located on their property booked two years in advance. Captain Dom applied for received site plan approval for a 35 unit, all suite resort 10 years ago. Two cycles of our economy and 9-11 put the original project desired and approved by the Town on hold. The site plan is now being modified, relocating and re sizing the Inn to a more manageable, village scale bed & breakfast; with its own secure off street parking and function rooms. This will be the home of the Explorers Vacation Club ™. The remaining property is to be platted fee simple lots with guest cottages that are “Island Style”. These unique in-town waterfront cottages will offer a limited number of Beach Road studios featuring a unique “Florida Presence” for either creative individuals, to national and or even multi-national corporations, right in the heart of the future Jupiter Inlet Village, with an Ocean Drive address. Each waterfront cottage will have is own boat lift, ocean access, and on site property management. Each cottage will have their own secure garage and secure storage areas with additional guest secure off street parking. A guest and common area dock will be designed - along with a fleet of select vessels to be maintained by our experienced professional staff. Cruising, diving exploring, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding will only be steps away San Miguel’s Landing, The Explorer’s Vacation Club™ and the rest our structures will be a unique waterfront village compound with varying roof heights surrounded by a natural live oak hammock within the envisioned and planned, Jupiter Inlet Village. Our client profile will be international in nature – active sportsmen and women who have a spirit of adventure and desire to be involved with exploration, healthy lifestyles and water sports while enjoying an “Old Floridian” ambiance without the hassle of site and day-to-day property management. |
